Yes. You are welcome to shower before and after your massage.

Taking a moment to freshen up can help you feel more comfortable and relaxed, and towels and basic amenities are provided.

Before your first session, I’ll ask a few quick questions to tailor the massage to you. This usually takes less than a minute and helps ensure comfort and safety.

I may ask about:

• your previous massage experience

• preferred pressure and pace

• any injuries, sensitivities, or health considerations

• allergies (including oils or skincare products)

Payment is made in person at your appointment — no deposit is required and nothing is taken in advance.
