By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Identification

     

      • All clients must be 18 years or older.

      • Valid photo ID may be requested if age is unclear.

    2. Booking & Contact Details

       

        • A valid mobile phone number is required when booking.

        • After booking, you may be contacted via WhatsApp or SMS to confirm details.

        • If a booking cannot be confirmed due to incorrect contact details or no response, it may be cancelled.

      3. Arrival & Timing

         

          • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

          • Late arrival may shorten your session so as not to affect subsequent appointments.

          • Session time includes consultation, preparation, and shower time where applicable.

        4. Payment

           

            • Payment is made in person at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed.

            • Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

            • Certain services (e.g. extended sessions or outcalls) may require a deposit.

          5. Cancellations & No-Shows

             

              • Cancellations or rescheduling require reasonable notice.

              • A booking may be considered a no-show if:

                   

                    • You arrive significantly late without contact

                    • You cancel at very short notice

                    • You do not attend your appointment

                • Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

                • Late cancellations and no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment for all future bookings.

              6. Service Boundaries & Consent

                 

                  • All sessions are professional massage services focused on relaxation, body awareness, and wellbeing.

                  • Services may include close body contact depending on the massage selected.

                  • The type of touch is defined by the service booked.

                  • Your booking confirms informed consent to the nature of the chosen massage.

                7. Professional Nature of Services

                   

                    • All services offered are professional massage sessions.

                  8. Health & Wellbeing

                     

                      • Please inform me of any relevant medical conditions prior to your session.

                      • If you are unwell, it is recommended to reschedule for the safety of both parties.

                    9. Hygiene & Environment

                       

                        • A clean, respectful environment is maintained at all times.

                      10. Privacy & Discretion

                         

                          • All client information is treated as strictly confidential.

                          • Personal details will never be shared with third parties.

                          • Discretion and mutual respect are expected at all times.

                        11. Acceptance of Terms

                           

                            • By booking an appointment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether the booking is made online, by message, or in person.
